The front desk was good, the nurse was sweet and understanding and the Doctor was phenomenal! I was really nervous and wasn't sure of the procedures but the doctor addressed all of my concerns, gave me options and listened intentionally. She described everything she was doing and put me at ease. A true oasis of a gynecologist; I truly look forward to going back to her!

NOPE just look for another OBGYN office , they dot return calls they just tell you theyll call you back and HANG UP ! Saw Dr. Alejandra Vega once for a checkup and birth control that it was supposedly arriving at this location NEVER recieved a call back & went back just for them to tell me my INSURANCE had to give me a call for me to approve the BC like WHAT I was NEVER told this the firs time , gave them a chance and went back thats when the Dr “placed” the order again told me again to wait my insurance call to confirm the BC never received ANY call from my insurance. Called the office and thats when they told me they’d call me back and hanged up. Just HORRIBLE!!! Gosh finding a good front desk and DR now a days is tough! No communication whatsoever…. People if you do NOT like your job just quit! Right now I have other issues that require a visit to a gynecologist but this is not the place I’ll visit again. Disappointing.

Overall Great experience. I totally appreciate a women’s health center staffed by WOMEN from the front desk to the Dr. that took my exam. Y’all were all very personable, beside manner. Top tier. Even the lady that took my blood work. Y’all truly made my yearly visit less stressful. I appreciate you all. 10/10

Dr. M. Caroline Lmbs is a very informative and caring doctor! Made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions and concerns and is beru thorough with your health history and on. I'm glad she took her time with me in discussing my concerns and options in detail. I definitely recommend her she is so sweet !

This was a great experience in a sparkling new facility! Dr. Gillespie was super nice and answered all my questions, and everyone in the office was really helpful. They are a part of Women's Hospital which made me feel good that a new place has an affiliation like that.
