Tuve una experiencia muy desagradable con esta agencia. Firmamos un contrato de alquiler con ellos por 850 euros para un apartamento de dos habitaciones. Desde el primer mes, nos llegaron facturas de electricidad mucho más altas de lo habitual. Les pedí que solucionaran el problema, pero no hicieron nada al respecto. Finalmente, cuando empezaron a llegar facturas de 440 euros por electricidad, me negué a pagar hasta que se verificara el contador. Tres semanas después vino un electricista y se descubrió que los vecinos estaban robando electricidad. Esta agencia, en particular Tatiana Sviridova, se negaron rotundamente a llamar a la policía. El problema no se resolvió y los vecinos seguían conectados a nuestro contador. Luego descubrí que dejaron de transferir el dinero del alquiler y los servicios al propietario, y me mintieron diciendo que estaban resolviendo el problema con la electricidad. Cuando el propietario se negó a seguir trabajando con ellos, nunca le entregaron el dinero del alquiler. También se negaron a devolverme el depósito de 1000 euros. Se ha presentado una denuncia en la policía por este asunto.

С первого месяца нам приходили счета за электричество намного выше обычного. я просил решить проблемы - они ничего не делали. в конечном итоге когда начали приходить счета по 440 евро за электричество я отказался платить, пока не проверят счетчик. через 3 недели пришел электрик, и выяснилось, что соседи крали электричество. это агентство, в частности Татьяна Свиридова, всячески отказывались обращаться в полицию. Вопрос не решался, соседи дальше были подключены к нашему счетчику. Потом выяснилось, что деньги за аренду и услуги она перестала передавать владельцу жилья, а мне врали, что вопрос с электричеством решается. Когда владелец жилья отказался дальше с ними работать, они так и не передали им деньги за аренду. Также отказались мне возвращать залог в 1000 евро. На них заведено дело в полиции по этому поводу.
I had a very unpleasant experience with this agency. We signed a rental contract with them for 850 euros for a two-bedroom apartment. From the first month, we received electricity bills much higher than usual. I asked them to address the issues, but they did nothing. Eventually, when bills of 440 euros for electricity started coming, I refused to pay until the meter was checked. Three weeks later, an electrician came and it was discovered that the neighbors were stealing electricity. This agency, specifically Tatiana Sviridova, adamantly refused to involve the police. The issue remained unresolved, and the neighbors continued to be connected to our meter. Later, it was revealed that they stopped transferring the rental money and services to the property owner, and they lied to me about resolving the electricity issue. When the property owner refused to work with them any further, they never handed over the rental money. They also refused to refund me the 1000 euro deposit. A police case has been filed against them regarding this matter.
