Der Kauf unserer Wohnung in Águilas und vor allem der Einsatz von Jamy und Carlos als Makler war von Anfang bis zum Schluss eine Erfolgsstory.
Ich habe selten solche zuverlässige, korrekte und kompetente Menschen kennengelernt. Dass man sich mit den beiden in fünf Sprachen verständigen kann, macht die Kaufprozedur recht einfach. Jamy und Carlos nahmen jeden Auftrag, jede Frage ernst und hatten in kürzester Zeit eine Lösung bzw. eine Antwort.
Jamy ist mit seiner Familie seit vielen Jahren in Águilas ansässig und Carlos stammt aus Águilas. Sie sind, was die Region Murcia, die Umgebung und den Umgang mit Behörden betrifft, die perfekten Makler und Profimänner.

Voor ons, Sander en Ineke, was het verfrissend om een makelaar te treffen met heel veel geduld, die niet opgaf, gevoel voor humor had en steeds met nieuwe huizen kwam. Wij waren blij dat we in contact kwamen met RelyEstates, met Jamy en zijn team, waar we uiteindelijk ons huis aan te danken hebben. Bijna 20 jaar geleden hadden we ook een huis in deze omgeving, dit hebben we door omstandigheden verkocht. Het bleef echter trekken, Spanje, het mooie weer, de hartelijke mensen, de natuur en de cultuur. Ongeveer 2 jaar geleden zijn we weer op zoek gegaan naar een huis in de buurt van Águilas, een gebied dat we goed kennen. Het is vanuit Nederland erg lastig om een juist beeld van de huizen in Spanje te krijgen. Gelukkig hadden we RelyEstates, men snapte heel goed wat we zochten en Jamy van RelyEstates was onvermoeibaar, professioneel en persoonlijk betrokken. In ruim een jaar zijn we 4 keer naar Águilas afgereisd om de door RelyEstates gevonden huizen te bekijken. We hadden nogal wat wensen, uiteindelijk heeft het geresulteerd in een prachtig gelegen huis. Er moet nog het één en ander aan worden veranderd en aangevuld maar de basis is geweldig. De begeleiding vanuit RelyEstates was vanaf het voorlopige koopcontract tot de notaris meer dan we hadden verwacht. En zelfs nu, nadat we de sleutels hebben, krijgen we nog hulp mocht dit nodig zijn. Wij kunnen iedereen aanbevelen RelyEstates in te schakelen bij het zoeken naar een huis in Spanje, zoals gezegd, heel betrouwbaar.

De samenwerking met RelyEstates is heel goed verlopen van begin tot einde. De begeleiding verliep heel vlot en we kregen alle info die nodig was om de aankoop van de woning vlug en correct te doen verlopen Jamy en Carlos stonden altijd klaar om onze vragen te beantwoorden en ook de service na verkoop is uitstekend! We zijn
heel blij met de aankoop van ons huisje en het is heel gemakkelijk om in je eigen taal te kunnen communiceren. Een aanrader en dus niet twijfelen als je een woning in Spanje wil kopen!👍👍

I would like to thank all the team at Rely Estates especially Jamy and Carlos for their honesty and expertise in securing the deal on our new property in San Juan De los Terreros.
From the moment i was contacted my wife and i felt very comfortable with appointing Rely Estates to deal with the purchase which is on the frontline of the Aguilon Golf with sea and mountain views.
Throughout the whole process which has gone perfectly from the beginning i cannot recommend Rely Estates enough to provide nothing less than a first class service.
I usually do not write reviews but on this occasion felt it necessary to provide the company with this review and if i could i would have given 10 out of ten not 5 out of 5 .
Jamy along with Carlos speak 5 languages between them and they are probably the most honest and pleasant gentlemen anyone could wish to meet that give you the ease of parting with your money and take care of your dream property purchase in the sun .
A massive thank you to both and all the team at Rely Estates for providing such a fantastic service and i hope that you continue in the same way and wish you all the best for the future.

I jut wanted to add further feedback regarding our purchase with Rely estates and now we have the keys and have moved in everything has been such a dream process the aftercare whilst we had taken deliveries of furniture and arranging other people to assist in making sure that everything was finished was absolutely superb .
If anyone is thinking of buying a property in and around the San Juan De Los Terreros area then i cannot recommend Rely Estates to take care of everything throughout and after the purchase both Jamy and Carlos have been fantastico!

Volgens onze ervaring is Rely Estates de beste in San Juan De Los Terreros. Ze zijn zeer behulpzaam, vriendelijk , meertalig en ervaren. Ze zoeken iets naar uw wensen Het is hen niet alleen om het geld te doen want zij hebben een verkoop van mijn woning uit hun handen gegeven omdat het ons anders veel geld ging kosten aan een ander "groot" Bureau in Terreros waar ze ons een contract aangepraat hadden waarna zij zeker zijn van hun percentage. Bij deze heeft ik een goede raad om niet te verkopen met een contract maar kopen of verkopen met RE.

Wij hebben bij Jamy van Rely Estates een prachtige woning gekocht 2 maanden geleden. Het advies en de begeleiding is allemaal zeer vlekkeloos verlopen. Ontzettend fijn dat Jamy Nederlands - Engels en Spaans spreekt. Wij raden iedereen een makelaar als Jamy aan voor zowel de verkoop als de aankoop.
