El departamento es muy cómodo y muy bien ubicado. Equipado con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Desde allí, a un par de cuadras teníamos la estación del metro y también la plaza de Cataluña. Muy recomendable

We came out of the airport and found the A2 bus easily. From Placa de Catalunya it was less than 10 minutes walk in the sunshine to Portaferrisa and then a quick left to the apartment which we found immediately. Lovely building with tiny lift, we were two people in a two bedroom apartment. We were met by Sara who gave us a warm welcome and quick rundown then we were left to enjoy our holiday. The location really could not be improved upon - above the Gothic area and felt safe and vibrant. Its a lovely shopping street off Ramblas which goes quiet at night so sleep not a problem. The Carrer D'Bot is a side street but not long and not so narrow as google street view so dont be put off. The apartment was super clean and modern. We had no hangers or blind in one room but by the end of the day it was all seen to for us by a quick call to Sara. From start to finish the booking and communication was brilliant. Highly recommend. Only comment would be to provide some kind of hanging space for a person staying in the small bedroom - a row of hooks ont he back of the door would do it! thanks again.

Booked the 2 BR at the 1st floor but technically it’s located on the 2nd floor because you go up 2 plight of stairs. Wer 4 persons in this room that’s why it’s perfect for us, rooms are modest in size, with towels, linens and toiletries provided, kitchen is big as well as the living room, we have a balcony that you can peak at the outside streets. Going here is quite tasking because you have to check in at a different place to get your keys and walk before you can go to you assigned unit. Stairs and tiny and steep, elevator is so small that only 1 person and 1 luggage can fit. What’s good with this place is it’s location near ramblas, cathedral, lots of shops, restaurants around.

Very interesting experience! Apartment was about 7 minutes walk from the check-in office - a bit of a challenge when dragging suitcases over cobblestoned streets. Didn't find the apartment at first - front door very narrow! Apartment was on the "first floor", but that was up 36 stairs in a very narrow staircase that wound around the elevator. Elevator was about 24" square - could squeeze one person and a large suitcase in, but not for anyone with claustrophobia issues! Apartment was spacious and modern - totally looked like the ones I see on "House Hunters International". Had a washer/dryer but not very efficient at all - wound up taking still wet clothes out after running the dryer for 45 minutes and hanging them to air dry! Must put a key in a slot to power up the lights - we discovered that when you remove it, all power disconnects. So if you want to leave the air conditioning on or run the dishwasher while you are out, leave the key in!||Rules and regulation state that this is a residential neighborhood - no partying or making noise after 10. Maybe there are other apartments on the upper floors, but I certainly wouldn't consider this "residential" and I don't think I could have possibly made more noise than the "nightlife" on the street outside! Fortunately, the bedrooms are to the back of the apartment, away from the street, so it did not keep us awake. But if we'd had someone sleeping in the living room on the sofa-bed, the noise and light would have been an issue.||There is a manual with some directions for using appliances, but it didn't help much. Washer/dryer was bare minimum - basically the stuff I could figure out for myself. Never did figure out how to use the oven (convection? microwave? combo?) Detailed instructions for the TV remotes, except that neither remote matched up with either of the two TVs in the apartment.||Location was great - we didn't even realize how close we were to the Cathedral until our city tour ended there. Our guide pointed us toward Las Ramblas, and within a minute, we realized we were outside our front door! Las Ramblas is just a few minutes away in the opposite direction - tons of shops, cafes, gelaterias, etc. We found a supermarket and bought food and water to keep in the fridge. ||And despite Portaferrissa's appearance of being pedestrian only, our hired car pulled right up to the front door to take us to the airport, so no more dragging suitcases down the street!

Nous avons réservé un appartement pour 4 personnes pour deux nuits. L'emplacement est idéal à 200 mètres de las Ramblas dans une petite rue très près du super marché de la BOQUERIA où vous pourrez aller faire vos courses. Notre appartement était composé d'une chambre, d'une vaste salle de bains, d'une cuisine et d'un salon avec canapé convertible. La décoration est moderne, il y a un sèche-secheux, lave-linge. Par contre il n'y a pas trop de lumière car l'appartement est dans une petite rue.Il y a aussi la climatisation pour l'été. L'ascenseur est très petit ( 2 adultes maximum avec des petits sacs) Le ménage était fait certes cela a surement été fait rapidement mais j'ai déja vu bien pire... Notre correspondante à l'agence est venue à l'heure que nous souhaitions pour les clés. Pour les bagages il n'y a pas de bagagerie mais il est possible de les laisser dans un local fermé à clefs dans une boutique juste en face pour quelques euros... Il est possible de louer des bons vélos dans cette boutique et le patron est très sympa. Je louerai à nouveau un appartement dans cet immeuble sans hésiter!!

We booked the apartment for 2 nights to enable us to explore Barcelona and were very happy with the location of the apartment but that's where it stops.||||On arrival we tried several times to contact reception so we could enter the apartment but were unable to contact. We ended up having to contact booking.com who we booked with so they could find someone to help us get into the building. The staff at booking.com were eventually able to make contact with someone and give us the code for access. ||||When we booked the pictures showed a balcony which is why we booked the property but on arrival there was no balcony and when we discussed this were told the balcony in the photos belongs to the upstairs apartment. This is false advertising.||||The lift in the building ONLY fits in one person and one suitcase and is extremely tiny so after 5 trips up were able to take all our luggage to the apartment. On day two the lift broke down so our elderly mother had to walk up and down the stairs to the 6th floor. We contacted reception and asked what was happening with the lift and they hung up on us. ||||The apartment whilst nice is very basic for the money charged, is very stuffy inside and with no balcony we were limited to the windows to look out of. The noise from the above apartment was very loud and felt like they were coming through the floor. ||||The service of the staff and their mannerism is very rude and abrupt. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you have other options.

This apartment is in a great location for shops and restaurants. ||||Decor is modern and the apartment was clean. However it is tiny and the twin bedroom extremely small with bars on the window and resembles more of a large wardrobe. ||||There were no basics in cupboards so you'd to buy everything for a few days holiday, so easier to not use the apt. ||||We had no water on our last day so we could not wash. The lift was broken also so we'd to lug our cases down several flights of stairs. ||||We booked this apartment for the outside top terrace that was shown in the images. However this apt is only available in the top apartment. Very very misleading. I would never recommend this place to anyone. ||||Sorry
