Jo and Tim helped us find our property and then sell it when it was time for us to sadly leave. As both a purchaser and seller the service we received was excellent. Jo helped us navigate through both processes and it all went very smoothly. While lived in Spain we also asked them numerous questions which they were happy to answer, even after the purchase, they really are experts in their field. Finally, it there was one thing I would point out is that they are genuinely nice, honest people who it was a pleasure to do business with

We sold our Bedar home with help from Olive Properties in 2023. Jo and Tim were great throughout the process and smoothed out what can be a stressful time. From the initial setting up for the sale, during the selling process/viewings and providing after sales assistance everything was done in a professional but friendly way. It was very reassuring to have Olive Properties to guide us through to a successful sale. We arrived in the area to be met by Jo, who had liaised online with us in our quest to find a 'forever home'. We were only around for two days and Jo ensured that we could view all the homes we had highlighted. Luckily for us, an outstandingly beautiful property came onto the market at the end of our first day, and we had the opportunity to view it twice before leaving. We duly made an offer, which was thankfully accepted. The Olive team afforded us time, advice and expertise as we completed our purchase. The whole process was personal and friendly but most definitely professional.
