Honestly, I hate leaving this review but feel the need to inform others.
It started off amazing, Ina was more than helpful with our purchase. Very friendly and answered a lot of questions for us.
However, we lost $550USD (it was almost $14,000, but luckily the other bank sent it all back but $550). All due to them giving us the wrong banking information during the meeting agreement. They acknowledged they handed us the information and that they told us to make a deposit to that account. The information was wrong, they agreed that it was at a later date, and said the bank gave them the wrong paper. I feel they are responsible for what they hand out to clients, especially when it comes to depositing large amounts of cash. But they did not feel responsible for handing out the wrong banking information to a client. They completely stopped responding on this matter. I am lucky and got most of the money back after a nightmarish few weeks, but they would not make up what we actually lost. I would highly suggest when working with them, hire a competent lawyer and notary outside of them to look into everything. They did not have their paperwork in order and have didn’t have correct information for us as the buyers. Until this situation, our experience was 5 stars. But that was a lot of money for us to just loose.
