A rare find!
Debra is by far the most ethical person I have met in any business in a long time. She is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and competent. If there is something she does not know she will tell you but she will go a step further than most and she will obtain and relay that information in a timely matter. If there is any kind of error she will be honest about it and she will correct it. Moving is stressful and she is aware of how that stress can manifest itself and she is calming. I cannot say enough positive things about Debra. I am grateful to have met her and I highly recommend her. I would do business again with her should the situation present itself.

Wonderful asset to have when finding a home!
Debbie was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. She was on top of any property we were interested in, and fully honest with us about each one. She excelled when it came time to actually purchasing the home. She handled all of the back and forth between us and the sellers, and helped us navigate the Insurance Company, Mortgage Company, and Title Company all the way through. She's terrific at speaking to all parties involved, and has a long list of contacts for things like insurance, inspections, roof, pool, you name it. I highly recommend Debbie for her expertise in real estate in general, in the Punta Gorda area specifically, and in getting the right person to do what needs to be done for her client.
