We purchased our dream home with the support of Andrea and Dream homes virtually. We were worried as understood it is difficult when making such an important purchase from a distance (UK) Andrea was so so helpful. She showed us around virtually a couple of properties. She was open and honest and worked the viewings around our availability. She kept us informed and answered our incessant questions so patiently. When we found the perfect property her support did not stop there. She has remained accessible and helpful and provided advice and guidance every step of the way. She continues to do this and has checked in with us to make sure we have what we need to make our house move as uncomplicated as possible. Andrea was also available when we arrived in Arboleas to collect our keys and welcome us and show us around our new home. We truly could not fault the process or service that we have received and we would recommend Dream Homes and Andrea if considering a property purchase. Purchasing a house having never visited it physically could be a massive risk but Andrea ensured we were entirely confident to make the right property choice and she managed our anxiety with her honest and direct approach. Andrea also has massive local knowledge and has been able provide recommendations for other services we have needed since taking possession of our house. We truly are over the moon and so impressed with Andrea and Dream Homes Almeria.

Buying a house anywhere is stressful but buying one overseas is off the scale! This is where a good estate agent comes into their own and we found one of the best. Dream Homes Almeria, based in the beautiful Almanzora valley, are, in a word, excellent. We visited them twice and they showed us several villas, on both visits, all of which met our brief. Andrea is friendly, professional and down to earth, we cannot recommend her highly enough. Sian, in the office kept us informed at every step of the way and the whole process was a delight. Having taken ownership of a lovely villa Andrea and the team are still working on our behalf and their ongoing support is invaluable.

Our hunt for the perfect property was five years in the making. After exhausted video searches on YouTube, it appeared to me that Dream Homes Almeria was the agent I was going to use. The video production indicated there was care put into each video, which impressed me. When contacted, Andrea did everything in her power to put our inexperience d minds to rest. She is a straight shooter, and no nonsense, and gives honest opinions about the properties you are viewing. Very knowledgeable about the area, Andrea is able to describe all the quirks of surviving the big move. Can’t recommend her enough for assistance in finding your Dream Home in Almeria!

When we found Andrea we hit the jackpot ! She listened to us but also gave us great advice . We had a full day of viewings and lunch 🙂 , we found ourselves being very torn and not agreeing ! So asked if we could look at a couple more … Andrea acted straight away and took us out to view yet another villa ! We fell in love with the last one which is beautiful. Andrea at Dream Homes & Son were Amazing / Honest and so so friendly right to the very end.
