My experience was top notch until Angelique, one of the employees, approached me one day while I was in my unit. I was going through some boxes to donate to charity with a friend. The door to my unit was partially closed because I didn’t want others to see some of the more expensive items I had stored there. Angelique started banging on the door and proceeded to tell me that I could not have my door partially closed and that I could only visit my unit twice a day for an hour at a time. I asked her to show me in the lease where those regulations were written. She refused and called the police on me and told them I would not leave the property. I left before the police arrived and decided to contact the owner about the poor customer service I received that day. I have called and left messages for over a month now and heard nothing from the owner.
I would like to acknowledge Rae Lynn, who rented the space to me. She was friendly, helpful, and professional during my initial visit and has always been pleasant otherwise.
Angelique has no business working in customer service. I am a paying customer who pays a portion of her salary and she treated me like trash for no reason. I was in my unit for less than an hour that day and was not in violation of any policy on the lease.
The owner either is not getting my messages or does not care about the business. If they did, they would get rid of Angelique and find a better fit for her position.

I've never had any issues with A Storage Solution of Destin. They've always been exceedingly helpful. The premises are well maintained and even during hurricane season, I don't worry about the stuff in my non climate controlled unit.

I was able to sign up on the internet they had the size unit that I needed offered me a discount for the first month. So far so good. So yesterday I went by the front office to check into my storage unit and met Rae lynn. She was very friendly and helpful, Explained how to use the gate code and where my storage unit was. Very polite and helpful, this is hard to find these days. Thank you Rae lynn.
