BEWARE!! Tech (owner's son) came out to fix a door that wasn't opening properly but had a brand new garage door opener installed, and sold us parts that didn't even fix the problem that we asked to have done. We weren't there, so we had to handle everything by phone. He called back after replacing the part, only to inform me that it was still having the same problem and that it was a defective part in the motor. After paying almost $400 for a part that wasn't needed to make up for it, he said when the part comes in, he will just come out and replace it for no charge. A month later, we finally get the part, and he comes out to do the job, but now states he never said he would do it for free. When he left the house, he left everything taken apart bc he knew another company wouldn't work on it like that. The owner refuses to do anything but find some used wheels (not mine) to put back on my door, so he can give me my money back. This is not an honest company!
