I was there to do work on a condo. If all of the condos in the building look anything like the one I was in then I'd have to say, this place is top notch. With breathtaking views of the Destin Harbor (I believe it is). I look forward to finishing out my job there.

My husband is a contractor. We went to Destin Yacht Club to do some work on a unit there.. the view is absolutely breathtaking and I had several encounters with the front desk receptionist and maintenance man, who were exceptionally helpful and friendly!!!

Since 1998 we have been blessed to be owners here. Over the years the owners have made amazing improvements to the common area and individual units continue to improve and remain top notch. Our staff, Sonya, Randy and Shiela keep our property safe, clean and friendly! They are the best the industry has to offer! First Service Residential advises and administers in a very professional way. DYC. Our home on the harbor!

I lived here from 2018-2020 and I loved verything about it. The view, the common areas , the neighbors and Sonya Cronin with the Association Management office was always so helpful and kind. She really goes out of her way for the residents
