The quality of events and classes has gone downhill drastically at my apartments in the past couple of years since WellVue came to our building and they do not pay vendors. Sadly the yoga instructors no show a large amount of scheduled classes (perhaps due to their own mistreatment and low pay by WellVue). Events that they host are far lower quality and fewer in number than ones the building used to put on themselves, and when WellVue does hire good third-party vendors, they appear to do very little other than be a middle man and take money and not pay people.

Ever since this company started planning events for our apartment the events have gotten worse. Their yoga instructors rarely show up for class. The events before the company were fun and well planned and worth going to. Now our friend group finds them gimmicky, cheap, and poorly planned. Regardless of their legal troubles, the quality of their events are indisputably low quality. At best they are a cheap events planning company. At worst they poorly treat the people they hire for their events. Here’s to hoping our apartment ditches this company soon.

Regarding our partnership with Wellvue they have provided exceptional service and have been consistent and punctual with every event offered. Their service has caused the community’s resident retention to increase as yield a higher lease renewal percentage. All around Wellvue has impacted our community positively with every resident interaction and has gained resident bonding. Would highly recommend WellVue to any company wanting to boost resident retention!

Amazing in home massage experience! My WellVue massage therapist was a great communicator and listened to my needs. The massage was helpful in easing a sore back, and I was given some stretches to use post massage that brought me back to full strength. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of WellVue’s services!
